Tony Parfitt
Tony is Managing Director and co-founder of the Company. He
heads the Company’s financial advisory operation and
specialises in investment portfolio advice.
He has over 30 years experience in financial services advice
and has previously held senior sales roles at a number of
other local financial services businesses.
He holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Financial
Planning Certificate.
Derek Lavington
Derek is a Director and co-founder of the Company
with responsibility for managing internal regulatory
compliance and external regulatory consulting services.
He has been employed within the financial services industry
for over 30 years and has undertaken a wide range of
technical and managerial roles. He holds a range of
financial services and IT related qualifications.
Claire Maloney
Claire was recruited in March 2007 and undertakes a
paraplanning role involving research, analysis and
preparation of portfolio investment reports.
She has worked within financial services for over 10 years
undertaking a variety of technical administrative roles and
holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning
Certificate.
Mike Jorgensen
Mike has over 33 years experience in the Financial Services industry. He spent over 27 years with Royal & Sun Alliance where he held a number of sales and sales management roles. Following the closure of RSA to new business in October 2002, Mike moved to the IFA market. For the last 5 years, he has worked as a paraplanner. His main responsibilities include; administration of Group Life and Group PHI schemes, product and investment performance research.
Debbie Parfitt
Debbie joined the Company recently and is Office Manager with responsibilites for personnel, health and safety and financial accounting.
Debbie has 8 years experience within financial services and 15 years within the legal sector having previously undertaken Senior administrative and secretarial roles.
Graeme Delf
Graeme is an independent financial adviser with over 20 years experience, dealing with individual clients and small and medium sized businesses.
As well as general pensions and investment advice Graeme is fully qualified to offer advice in the specialist areas of Pension Transfers and also Care Fees Planning.
Graeme has an MBA in Business Studies and has achieved the Diploma in Financial Studies, and hopes to achieve the coveted Chartered status within the next 12 months.
Robyn Armitage
Robyn recently joined the Company in August 2011 and her position within the company is Administrator with responsibilities for general administration, personnel and financial accounting. She has held a number of sales assistant roles. Robyn aims to improve her professional skills enabling her to move upwards within the company; Robyn is also a fluent welsh speaker and is happy to communicate in welsh if required. |
